CUSTOM FEES


As of July 1, 2021, the European Union (EU) including the United Kingdom will remove the Value Added Tax (VAT) exemption for low-value imported goods (i.e. all goods with a value of up to €22*). Please note that Taxes, Duties, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee on your order. The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Thailand) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If a product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.


Items ordered in Thailand can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Thailand.


How long does it take to process my order?


Please allow 1-2 Days (Monday to Sunday) for your order to be processed for shipping.


How long does it take to get my order?


Shipping all world 2-4 working days (Monday to Sunday) by DHL EXPRESS
Shipping to the UK – 7 days by Aramex
Order cut-off time will be 12:00 AM (GMT-07:00) Indochina Time (Bangkok)

Taxes


Customers are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes which local customs may charge.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS


We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at superbonstore@gmail.com 


MULTIPLE ADDRESSES


We don’t offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you’d like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately superbonstore@gmail.com 


WRONG ADDRESS


If you provide a wrong address during checkout and your product is returned to us then you will responsible for all shipping costs for resending the product. superexportshop@gmail.com 


DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.


TRACKING AN ORDER


Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.


Parcels Damaged In Transit


If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps. superbonstore@gmail.com
